Some key takeaways were:
– You can’t skip building a digital foundation and capturing first party workflow data if you want to be successful in leveraging AI
– Think Big, Start Small & Scale Fast — data projects need to provide a near term ROI and build incrementally toward larger strategic goals
– Don’t confuse Strategy and Tactics
– People, Process & Tools all still matter and there are maturity levels for each of those categories within an organization. The three-legged stool won’t stand for long on one or two.

Its been a very thought provoking course and I’m thankful I was able to participate.
