I continually curse whoever designed the backup camera on our Ford Edge that they didn’t plan for a bike rack. Whenever you have the rack mounted the car aggressively warns you about the nearby object it thinks you’re going to hit.

In pricing software implementations I’ve very rarely seen good test case developed for either unit testing or UAT and inevitably things you should have realized early on get caught in production at great expense (either in user trust, monetarily or both).

I’m excited to try out this new tool, but I also firmly believe in process diagrams and confirming with users the happy path and variations.
