I was traveling the past few weeks and thought of yet another example of how intuitive it is to use the metric system. Its remarkable that we continue to resist it here in the US when it is whole-heartedly embraced throughout most of the rest of the world. It seems absolutely arbitrary that water freezes at 32 F.
